They are frozen together in metal molds and make a material similar to concrete. This material is denser than common snow so the melting is slower. When it is sufficiently frozen, the molds are removed. The rooms are formed by adding walls made of blocks of ice. There are 47 rooms, and approximately 100 people works at the construction of the whole hotel.
